What we did
Led a structured market evaluation across both markets and built the business case that secured board and management commitment to fund the expansion. Acted as the client's in-country presence to initiate business development and establish early partnerships. Recruited, hired, and onboarded Country GMs and sales leadership in each market.
The outcome
Both markets fully activated with local leadership in place and initial partnerships established. The client moved from evaluation to operational presence in significantly less time than a self-directed entry would have required.
